Is there any point to use CIMB cash rebate cc? I still have this and I'm mainly after cashback. Is e-credit cc better?

Does CIMB have a list of eligible apps for e-credit credit card bonus points? For example, it says food delivery but doesn't say which specifically which ones. Are these apps eligible for the x5 or x10 bonus points?

I did exactly that. I set my debit and credit card alert to rm 1 so I always get an alert. Call CS.

How do I setup auto billing for TNB to my CIMB credit card? Can I do it online or I need to personally go to a TNB branch?

We are supposed to get x12 points at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on the 10th, right? I went there today and spent rm 59 with my e-credit card, not e-wallet, then I received an SMS from CIMB that I earned 590 bonus points. Is it just x10?

It depends on the posting date, not your transaction date. If you made a transaction on the 28th and the merchant/bank posted the transaction on the same day, then it is on this month's statment. Sometimes posting date can be as long as 3 days so even if you made a transaction on the 28th, it can be posted on Oct 31 then it reflects on the next month's bill.

Can you combine your debit card points with your credit card points? Apparently, it is possible in CimbClicks but I can't see "Transfer points".

That one is your debit card and savings account(?) points. Your credit card points are visible in your credit card statement.

There is an extended e-day up to Dec 12. If I understood it correctly, it means I get x12 bonus points when I shop at Shopee on Dec 12?

What happens if I exceed my credit limit?

My credit limit is 5k, FD secured. I exceeded my credit limit because CIMB clicks shows me that my available balance is -250.

Are there any overlimit fees? Can I keep using my card?

I asked CIMB and they said, there is a shadow limit, which is a small percentage that I can still use my credit card over my credit limit. After I breach the shadow limit, my card will be unusable. Based on what I overspent, I can still use rm500 on top of my credit limit.

Does anyone know how much exactly is this shadow limit?

E-Day on the 28th is great for Shopee payday sale.

But the gap between Apr 10 and May 28 eDays is too long. I topup my e-wallets on eDays
