why my cimb AIR ASIA SAVER savings account got charged RM15 ??

is this normal? i rarely use the savings account, at most only have a few hundred ringgit.

i think so. is there such a thing as no annual fee debit card?

Although my CIMB credit cards was cancelled last year end, but still, statement sent to me.

Called to checked and get to know that due to credit amount.
Requested refund the balance to my other saving account, 14 working days needed.

Then need to spend how much of the amount?
Let's say spend only RM50, then it should be ok.. At least got refund back RM25 (to cover SST)..

But if need to spend RM1K to get RM25, then I can say their CS offer is really lousy.
Waa.. Then CS ask you why you want to cancel? How should tell oh? Too many card? LOL..

Yup encountering this since last month. Have to kill the app and try again and again. Verified with my friends all having same issue.

Called CIMB to cancel my Platinum Cash Rebate.

Counter offer me RM10 on RM200 within 30 days spending = No, i dun wan
Counter offer me second time RM50 on RM1000 on 90 days spending = No, i dun wan

Close deal with me and said my CC had been cancelled.
Next second check my apps, wow, gone dy XD

Even zero transactions, I still receive cash lite offer from CIMB every few weeks, via SMS. Quite irritating.

Hi, I have a CIMB MyDebit Card but can't do any online purchase or even link my payment method on Microsoft Store, EA Origin & EPIC Games Store. Blizzard Battle.net and Steam both works just fine. Called them, they activated my "international banking" but yet still does not work for those 3 applications/vendors. Anyone having the same problem as mine?

Don't waste your time applying from the website, you will not get your card forever!

Just walk into the CIMB card centre to get it e.g. MidValley or Sunway Piramid.

My view on the CIMB cards are they are targetting low to mid range customers by offering good benefits on entry level cards.

Benefits on the Premier cards are joke to me. Take a look at their VI.

Enrich cards are good benefits in my opinion, but they come with a price, and targets high income customers.
