Without WC is possible, maybe raised around 1/2 feet, that provided your existing floor can take the extra cement load.

Have you talked to building engineering about this? The extra load imposed? The WC is much easier to resolve albeit running the risk of one toilet flushing causing the other to lose its water trap seal due to siphon effect. The shower drainage not so unless it's raised but the water proofing to prevent seepage from the other bathroom is a challenge unless the water exits at the lower wall of the showy stall of the original bathroom. Even then, you need to know if that is possible as the water supply line to the shower could be there.

Your wc and shower area the same area right? If same the wood will not last long. What on the photo, the WC area and shower area maybe separate. |

U can install prefabric toilet so less water issue in future. The piping picture u post is also for these design.
Worst to worst u just need to hack part of the wall to install the unit and rewall the room. https://www.google.com.my/amp/s/m.alibaba.c...0633494842.html Your existing bathroom will be need some renovate for water n drain piping. |

Better don't create problem to the house right below you. The risk of any water seepage to the ceiling below is very high. If the owner complain to the building management or local authority, you will have to redo again according to the original building plan.
