Picnic Basket is very easy to get , it's about 1 every 2 boxes. So the price is roughly USD20 , if you wait a few weeks it will drop. And the Hibachi doesnt count as a cooking fire. so the food cooked does nothing. I believe opposing faction can come and take the food as well, though

the pet is normal la , i never collect pets so i dunno.

There is also a fortune telling imp. Apparently it has a lot of quotes. That baby, though ... goes for a whopping RM300+ . Something like the turtle mount.
