United Nation as agreed upon decades ago.

But since UN is basically butthole of US, so give Tongsan better. In 1 year, every single rebel will disappear.

I think need to find a palastinian born israel citizen as head caretaker. And got both side, israel and Palestine citizen in the council.

Mark that area as neutral zone.

Agree with you...I think holy sites should be neutral zone rather than giving to a particular people....same should be done to mecca and Medina let it be managed by all Muslim world rather than Saudi

The mecca 1 no one is fighting over it. So, I dont see the need. Not that I support saudi to manage it, its just i dont care.

But Jerusalem being on israel side officially will trigger more violence and terrorism act. Not only there, but the whole world will feel the affect. US just gave terrorist a reason to cause more terror.

Should give it to a council form by reps of all religions, and throw in an atheist for good measure.

At least you can count on the folks who are not related and especially the atheist to have a neutral opinion. The Jews, Muslims, and Christians will be required to abide by the opinion of the majority.

Actually UN did proposed such action;

"United Nations General Assembly resolution 181 (II), passed on 29 November 1947, provided for the full territorial internationalisation of Jerusalem: "The City of Jerusalem shall be established as a corpus separatum under a special international regime and shall be administered by the United Nations."[29] The resolution received the consent of the Jewish leadership in Palestine, but it was rejected by the Arabs.[30] This position was restated in the wake of the 1948 Arab–Israeli War in UN General Assembly Resolution 303(IV) of 1949. According to a 1979 report prepared for and under the guidance of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, it would appear that the United Nations has maintained the principle that the legal status of Jerusalem is that of a corpus separatum.[31]"

Sadly, Arabs rejected it and it has everything to do with Arab nations trying to consolidate their power and landmass after WWII.

If not, people there would be have been more peaceful and modern now.

When Palestine controlled Jerusalem, they banned Jews from visiting. When Israel controlled it, they allowed muslims to visit. I say Jews.
