I was shocked that I received the calls from the TM call centre regarding the customer service professional (mandarin speaker) position. Why the person called me for the interview even though I'm not doing a full time job for 3 years already? Is it because nobody interested doing the job so the retention rate is low? Should I attend the interview?

Why are you shocked?
Just because you are not doing full time job for 3 years, are you going to reject all job interview offers thinking they have other motives?

Just attend the interview...even if you are not keen, at least you can see what's the market out there for you...

if you have good PR and strong heart then this job will be a smooth sail. Call centre can be a little harsh at time..

I was shocked because I didn't apply that job recently and suddenly they called me for the interview. Maybe I'm going to reject it because I think they checked nobody willing to do the job due to the nature of the job and they were looking for someone like me since I'm not doing a full time job for 3 years. By the way, I'm from East Malaysia. This is what they offer me before the interview

Salary: RM 1700 (Degree)
Allowances : Mandarin Allowance (RM300) , Shift Allowance & Transport Allowance
Incentive : High Incentive - KPI based
Training is provided (paid training)
Work 5 days a week (shift rotation)

What do you guys think?

1.7k for a degree holder seems to be quite low

It is up to you though, I won't attend if they offer me this package

RM1.7k is pretty low for degree holder...

But it depends on how desperate you are also...
You didnt work full time for 3 years, so are you working freelance?
Do you make enough to live comfortably?
Are you desperate for full time job?

I help my dad's business from time to time. Yes I make enough to live comfortably with my parents. I'm not desperate for full time job.

In that case, you pretty much have the answer.

Unless you want to change job and try something new.

i read that tm call centre cs will get rm2.5 net after including all the allowances.

so it's up to you whether you want to try or not as seems like you're not desperate to get it.
