I think hotlink is stil worth it. Rm60 monthly pass already has unlimited calls and 8gb any day data. 1gb per day happy hour data and weekend 2gb data. It makes a better deal than postpaid. cool2.gif

at least they are doing something. considered not bad already. haha.
this is the 4th to 5th times maxis had upgraded the data quota for their maxis one plan.

seriously, i think all the high end plan for typical users are overkilled. who needs 100gb of data for on the go if one has fibre broadband at home unless he is stucked with TM streamyx due to no coverage. else on the move i do not see a reason why one will need that amount of data unless he is using the high plan to buy a phone like iphone x.

maxis still have the best network as compared to the rest. tongue.gif

Well as one of the market leader (use to be), they need to be more proactive in the marketing not wait till the durian fallen only take action. Maxis those day very proactive and always make sure their customers always get the most value and good services...but things are not nowaday....nowadays they try the best to get the most value from its customers and this had make most of its customers furious..... then only give...... very very disappointed...

I think they position themselves for the higher telco as compared to the rest which focuses on the quality instead of just cheap price. If a customer wants cheap and big in portion u mobile or digi have already provided that. It means what the customer wants which includes the data quota or cheap price there are more than one choice in the market. Why ppl are still hoping maxis to lower down the price etc to match becos they know that maxis is still better in terms of quality and stability.

Personally I would prefer to stay unique as compared to the rest. What they need to do is to continue to provide good and reliable network while price is really not the only factor to choose. For ppl who are price conscious seriously they should have gone for u mobile or digi.

At least it is good to maintain a good choice of telco around by just paying a bit more or get lesser bundled.

If maxis is to have same price same bundled as others, ppl will just all jump ship to maxis while maxis good network will then be affected. As a maxis user, it is something that I do not wish to see seriously.

Yup, true. In my area and some other nearby, maxis takes a lead in term of 4G coverage follow by the speed, stability leaving digi, celcom, yes and webe. Digi is on the 2nd runner, decent with decent speed. The most crappy is celcom and any telcos riding on celcom's network. I don't give a damn attention either those offering me quota 500GB per month, as I know the quality is so poor.

Hi Maxis Rep,

Referring my case below, am I eligible to downgrade my MaxisONE Plan?

Day 1 - March 2016
Signed up MaxisONE 128 with Zerolution (24 months @ RM93/month)
Together with a supplementary line at RM48/month

Day 2 - April 2016
Terminated supplementary line RM48
Downgraded from MaxisONE 128 to MaxisONE 98

Day 3 - October 2017
Upgraded from MaxisONE 98 to MaxisONE 158

NOW - December 2017
Zerolution Contract Status (21/24)
Proposed to downgrade from MaxisONE 158 to MaxisONE 128

Can I downgrade from MaxisONE 158 to MaxisONE 128 since my day 1 contract is MaxisONE 128?

Maybe my device has problems or what, but i have to toggle on and off just to get data packets moving (even though the notifications shows 4G connected)
