The maximum occupancy for the master room is 2.

The best part is, the MRT station is just right outside of the housing area!

9. TV and gaming consoles (we recommend you to purchase your own PS4 controller if you're a gamer).

It is not inclusive of:
1. Electricity, which is shared evenly among us.
2. Security fees. Approx. RM23 monthly per person.
3. Unifi internet. Also shared equally.

Contract period: 6 months to 1 year
Upfront deposit: 2.5 months
