These keys are not retail/OEM keys. Not legal to be sold as retail/OEM product.
Original key is expensive. No compromise there. OEM product is less expensive but the key is not transferable to new hardware because it is meant for OEM builders. You will lost access to the product once your original hardware gone kaput.
Stay legal by buying retail Windows 10 products. You may buy retail original license of Windows 10 here:

I bought mine (Windows 8.1) via Microsoft website. Upgraded to Windows 10 when Microsoft offered free upgrade.
But. you can always support pirates by buying the so-called cheap key. Well, at least before the key get blacklisted
