Hello fellow Inspira owners!

I'm new in this forum and i'm pleased to see all of you here.
I owned an Inspira 2.0P (model 2011) which was previously brought and given to my wife to drive. Everything in the car is stock standard.
She recently decided to "upgrade" to Honda thanks to the GST-free period.
Now, the Inspira is given back to me.

I know very well that the Inspira was based on the Lancer and there are many many mods we can do to the car. While looking through this forum, i was amazed with the overwhelming possibilities. I just dunno where to start.

I hope i can learn a lot from t he sifus in here and i would love to join to TT sessions if you guys are still into it. Just let me know.

For a start, i would like to mod the Auto Lock/Unlock function, add on the Headlamp Levelling switch, upgrade the suspension system, change the spare tire to the space saver type so i can free up more space in the boot.

Please help to point me into the right direction and on what/where to do these stuffs.

I'm also looking to remap the ECU for better FC and performance. But i'm not sure who is able to do it.

Thanks!

Hi all, just wanna ask if anyone face a/c issue. While driving, a/c suddenly blow warm air or outside temp air with stale smell.

Tried many things like change battery, on off a/c, go to workshop, all cannot solve. Workshop tested and straightaway said compressor issue.

However when i tried to turn the blow mode all the way to windshield defrost back to face level blow several times, then off and on the a/c again, things get solved, hopefully for good.

Suspected the system confused with heater mode and a/c. Any other solution to this?

I used to face such incidents when warm air comes out of the air-cond. Then i noticed that the LED light on the far right dial (temperature dial with a car icon) was off (meaning no recirculation). After i pressed the dial and the LED comes on, the air turns cold again. This happen when i used AUTO air-cond mode. Sometimes, i accidentally pressed the temperature dial.

The LED on the temperature should remain lit.

Hope this helps. Cheers!

Your car is 2.0p i assume. Mine is 1.8e with manual a/c.

My far right dial is on, meaning circulation is on and no smell of lorry exhaust. I guess my issue is a bit different from yours.

But thanks anyway for the clarificafion.

Sorry. My bad. I didn't know 1.8 has no auto ac.

Fantastic! Thanks, cyclonerox.

I'll go buy the Headlamp Levelling Switch asap. Is it just plug and play? Or do i have to make any modifications to enable it?

Also, I'll go get the tweeters too!

This is awesome!
