Just got this to replace the halogen. Anyone used Led bulbs on their ride which c gone without any ballast?

This cat is now driven by my son to college. Previously installed led on City for my daughter

Mileage more than 300k km
Recently changed flywheel seal incl drive shaft boot cover and water pump (though no prob)
No leak at all
Car well maintained trans oil changed yearly regardless of mileage clocked incl other fluids
No issues with absorbers or front lower arms
Car idle perfectly incl no leak on the exhaust set
Problem
When accelerating from standstill, there’s vibration that can be felt from inside, it gets worse if accelerate harder. However when it gets up to speed even at 130km no vibration as wheels and tyres are balanced
When stationary no vibration inside the car as original mounting was changed early this year
When making u turns no squeaks or noise fro drive shaft
Mechanic mentioned the right drive shaft is worn and suggested changing

What else should I be checking or could be causing this vibration?
