Yeap those pieces if I'm not mistaken, unless you can remove and reinstall with issues.

The bushings will have increased NVH, but very minimal.
Firmer shifting feel.
Only had the bushings for very short duration.

tldr: yes, even for heavy Touge/Sepang so long your oil is up to par and expectations are set correctly.
