Approaching 100km for my 2011 Inspira 2.0P CVT, i think a lot of component need to change, anyone have been to this workshop before?

Does anyone know if temperature between 36 to 44 is considered to have potential overheat already? I notice recently my car temperature is in between this compare to previous 32-34. Seeking any expert advise.
