This is my first time renting a room/studio so advice most appreciated.

My background ....

1. 55 yo (male) - divorcee cos ex wife have affair
2. Need room with bathroom (if possible), air cond & internet access
3. Prefer condo (with security) ... nearly got my phone snatched in Sect 17.
4. Quite mobile but cannot climb stairs
5. If not furnish, I can furnish it myself.

I suffered a medical condition that affected my nervous system. I am a retiree now and can take care of my own hygiene.

Where and rental per month ?

Where u From ? If U from Timbaktu, no point recommending U rent in Bangsar, etc.
