QUOTE(de_sengal @ Feb 16 2018, 06:24 PM) Anybody realize that the paint for mazda is quite thin? I guess it’s a well known issue for Mazda cars.Just polishing my car myself and found that there are a lot of paint chip on my front bonnet and bumper. Never had this issue with my other cars. Even the new CX-5 owners also complaint about this, especially those who pay extra Rm2-3k for premium colour |

QUOTE(Davidnikon @ Jul 4 2019, 06:10 PM) I received latest spec for 2019 Mz3, so far no bose, no red leather, polymetal only for liftback no extra charge Mind sharing what are the specs?high spec given are not bad, beside price is on high side, now reluctant if the upgrade is worthy from my existing mz3 2015 ckd HS Sdn the only upgrade i'll get NVH improve and G-vec for a lot more comfy, all new fresh look and extra tech like MRCC, the rest would be almost similar.. To me, BOSE and red leather are not critical. I'm more interested with the safety aspects |

QUOTE(Davidnikon @ Jul 5 2019, 09:18 AM) not sure how to share here, basically for safety Mazda had never go short-cut, all variant come in full. Good to know that, just that normally Bermaz will shortchange the buyers here by omitting certain parts of the safety features, more so for their CKD models.as for basic and high spec diff, majority are additional tech for road assistance (i-activesense), basic spec is kosong while only high plus spec come with full (inc MRCC) basic spec do not have memory seat, high and high plus does have 2x memory seat Very much true for the current gen CKD CX-5 This post has been edited by widget: Jul 5 2019, 10:04 AM |

QUOTE(hussain @ Jul 5 2019, 10:05 AM) Just posted spec sheet above..don't see them short changing bro...full scale features all the way...sorry by that i mean the h+ variant Thanks for the link bro.At least the 2 h+ variants come with MRCC, compared to my 2018 CX-5 2.2D which Bermaz only give the dumb cruise control. Btw, you booked HB or sedan? I'm looking for smaller car than my CX-5 for the missus when she goes back to full time employment this year This post has been edited by widget: Jul 5 2019, 10:31 AM |

QUOTE(hussain @ Jul 5 2019, 12:04 PM) roger mate.. he he.. Right now, AA is not officially available in Google playstore Malaysia.a bit puzzled ..at the bottom of the spec sheet it says android auto available once officially available ..what does that mean?anyone knows? But those Mazda users that already retrofitted the AA/ACP module can side-load Android Auto and run it without problem |

QUOTE(cmk96 @ Jul 9 2019, 10:44 PM) I don't know about Mazda 3, but for CX-5 with MZD, the SC will only assist to update the MZD firmware but for the map update, they ask us to download Mazda Toolbox, register online for the support and update the map ourselves. |

I went to view the 2 displays at Mazda Glenmarie but the timing was off as there were many Mazda SAs from different branches gather around the 2 display cars, must be the HQ conducted talk or briefing on the new Mazda3.
Managed to sit in both models, at the driver and rear passenger seats. While the HB is a looker, the high sloping window line and low roof make it feels claustrophobic to those sitting at the rear. The sedan, while does not give the confined-space experienced, is still a bit cramp compared to other C-segment competitors. |
