Dear forumers,
I've booked a sedan since Jan 2022 based on the reason being is that I felt the sedan is more appropriate for daddy duties (fetching my baby to daycare and the occasional shopping mall visits).
With more and more news of further delays for the sedan, I was thinking of making the switch to the liftback. On paper, cargo volume is 25% smaller, but can anyone share their experience using the liftback for daddy duties in terms of practicality or any drawbacks?
Thank you in advance!
Drawback of the liftback:
Dark headroom will make the entire space looks smaller.
Not able to push the front passenger seat backward abit else it will be very cramp for the person at the back.
So depends if u are carrying more than 1 passenger daily.
If front passenger is more than 180cm above, most likely the person will feel more comfortable to push the seat to the back a bit but will compromise the leg space at the back. If family is not very tall it will work fine.
I have no issue putting a car seat at the back for my toddler and fetching him around.
I would suggest u to visit the showroom to take a look before u decide.
