I think the process will be from customs it will go to Bermaz HQ for configuration & etc then will be sent to the place you book it from. As this car is imported, it requires to go through Puspakom inspection before registering the car in your name with JPJ. check with your SA see if both slots are booked.

Saw a latest video uploaded by RnFstudio, it seems the hatch also comes with black seat instead of the burgundy red. White looks good.

I think shouldnt be that long perhaps 2 months? but according to the SA, he isnt sure whether the price will remain as their booking form did mentioned the first thing is that price can change without prior notice so he cant promise for future bookings.

Yeah you are right, the SA already scheduled for me to go through Puspakom and JPJ inspections, mine will be longer as I am maintaining my car plate number.

I just watched, doesnt seem right, I have asked the SA and he said its already confirmed its in burgundy by their HQ for the new M3 1.5 (At least for now?) and I also went to the numerous Mazda SAs live on Tiktok and asked them the same, they said they never heard of it.

Saw FB group there is an SA that claimed black interior is only for the next batch because factory run out of burgendy stock. So many rumours here and there don't know which is true anymore.

I met a SA also claimed the same... and this 120k price is tax exempted until 31st Dec... Beyond that the price reverts to 130k at least... Waiting list up to 4-6 months...

Yeah thats what I heard initially but the SA said its rumors but not sure what will change and I'm ok with the burgundy although not my preferred color but its all good. I went and asked on some Mazda SAs who are live on tiktok but they cant confirm (Presumably wants to close more sales by this year)

Thisss, the SA didnt mention to me the exact amount as he dont know what the HQ will decide for next year but my bro and I was contemplating whether to wait for next batch since its already closing 2025 and perhaps next batch will have black interior but also, the price might increase and wait list will take longer which my car is depreciating month by month.

My bro also told me he heard there are some taxes imposed on new cars so he said if im getting it sooner or later then might as well now. My City 2016 is getting devalue as I wait so ill be losing more further value on selling my City with the potential of incremental price.

I think the queue is quite fast for those that placed bookings as they are rushing to release all the cars by this year end and I got a good interest rate from maybank loan (2.19% for 70-100k loan)

It's not tax exempted la. It's just new way of calculating the tax will be imposed on 1st January 2026. This new tax will include non manufacturing cost as well like marketing. Silly but government need to find more money from It's citizen. Still not concrete yet but it will definitely come in 1 form or another. After all, the RON95 subsidies continues...

Booked mid June, collected last weekend.

The paints can easily chip. If you want to maintain the appearance, better invest in some ppf. Another issue I experienced with my car is random rattling. Had one around the steering rack area, resolved when I brought it up during service. Another at the back area that occurs intermittently and still not resolved. I just turn up the audio volume to mask it when I'm annoyed enough with the rattling sound.
