4th Service cost: RM665.80
5th Service cost: RM311.80

The above figures are based on the Nov 2019 service price list from the authorized Mazda service center.

You're better off servicing your car once it's outside of its warranty period to get a better deal.

I asking about 4th and 5th year of service.... should be 70k, 80k, 90k and 100k service.

Those 4 services added up is RM2135.80.

Yup... the extended service package seems overpriced. wink.gif

I misread.

Although I don't have that info in hand based on the photo I shared, the number of scheduled services due and the cost should be enough to allow you to roughly estimate whether the extended package is worth it or not.

I think the extended package pretty worth it, coz it includes any labor for replacement part, especially things like suspension n stuff..

Hi everyone.. Any luck is there any Mazda 3 Liftback 1.5 owner here? icon_question.gif
Mind share the pros and cons of the car?

Considering to get 1.5, as will save another 20k for 2.0 sweat.gif

Or is there any pre-owned Mazda 3 liftback available in Klang Valley?
Currently driving Mazda 3 BL, 1.6cc for 9 years, clocking 160K mileage. Thinking to upgrade to Mazda 3 Liftback.

In my opinion not worth it. For 135k, these are the things missing that i think is worth considering to topup. Missing mrcc, much less power to carry 1.4tons of weight, fabric seats and no reverse sensor.

Tbh if getting 1.5 better forget about it as it is not worth it. So many features are taken away. Its kinda hard to search for pre-owned unit for this unless u got connection with the dealers. Most am seeing the internal staff would have bought it. This car is so rare on the road that I barely see 1 or 2 units after almost 1 yr launch.

Think your best bet is to wait for another year for 2nd hand or buy the new 2.0 or when 2.5T launches in MY end next year. Finger crossed as am eyeing this unit if below 180k mark for my 2nd car.

1.5 is still within my budget range sweat.gif if 2.0 is around 160k might be difficult for me sweat.gif
I see, i have been searching pre-owned for quite some dealer, and mostly all also don't have.. even mazda glenmarie.
Hoping that Mazda will bring in mazda 3 CKD model smile.gif

Check website for specs. It’s fabric.
Anyway 1.5 is only suitable for pure city drive. Country like sg have 1.5 but full spec. If you 100% city and can live with the lower power, I don’t see a problem. Just that you will spending that much 135k maybe u will regret later.

Since bermaz ended the CKD operations for mazda3 of 1st generation skyactiv not too long ago, CKD mazda3 won't happen in the near term. Malaysia is regional CKD for cx5, so other than cx5, all other models now CBU from japan, hence the higher than competitor pricing.

Hey guys, do you have a preferred service center in Klang Valley? It seems like Glenmarie is the biggest but always full. Not sure if there's any difference between service centers?

Get your Mazda 3 serviced outside. Why do you want to go back to service centre after your warranty expired?

Yup, I agree using fully synthetic oil is a waste of money.

I get the following deal from one of Mazda SA. I think the deal is not bad right for Mazda Liftback 1.5.

OTR without Insurance
Mazda 3 LB 1.5 Mid Spec
RM 135,070.00 - RM5,000 = RM 130,070.00
Next Batch August September. I need to pay booking fees now for allocation.

Wanted to ask, if you’re to choose Mazda 3 liftback, what colour will you choose? My heart wanted polymetal gray, but I scared it will be hard to take care and if In the future you need repaint, I scare the paint shop find it hard to match it back.

Currently polymetal gray 1st choice, follow by machine grey/Jet black.
