make sure to be more tedious when checking process of taking the car then. dont accept for any abnormal
other than visible defect, any other abnormality that i need to take note of? mileage wise, my SA already told me it should be below 100km for puspakom trip, coating, etc
anyone's car still at port like mine? damn, should have book it in KL/PJ instead of going back ipoh, asked my SA for an update every week, every week also same status, while most already collected their car even in ipoh.
I think this depends on luck since the volume of this batch too much. I guess government staff just randomly pick some of the car at port to process everyday instead of following the queue no from Bermaz.
well, at least they should have sorted it by region...how come Ipoh also there are some people way faster than the rest like me
Finally, my car will be delivered this week! but then need to go through all those processes, tint and coat, etc. can only take the car in the very last week of May...sigh, oh well, still ok
Since getting Mazda 3, I even learn to wash my own car with proper techniques xD and then went down the rabbit hole of car detailing. RIP. Even got a foam cannon and pressure washer now
But if really need to wash outside, I will watch how they wash the car in front: 1. Do they pre-wash and rinse before wash? ( To loosen dirt, if not it will drag across your beautiful mazda paint) 2. Is their foam not thick enough? (Too thin, no lubrication, scratch your car) 3. Did they use one mitt for whole car? 4. Or they use sponges instead of mitts? 5. Do they wash in 1 direction or wash in circles with the mitt? (swirl marks)
If any of the above, will walk away find another car wash. mazda3 made me so anal towards carwashes.
i already very particular with car wash since my honda city, lol i am following this:
well, he knows people, i know it could be a mark-up price, but then, since i dont have the time to do, might as well just let him handle everything. I just pick up and drive.
other owners have reported that a similar warning message have popped up when starting the engine after leaving the car unlocked for a significant period of time (mostly during car washes) but goes away after driving for some time.
the assumed underlying (common) cause could be:-
1) when the car left unlocked but engine not started, will constantly prompt the car to locate the key (proximity sensor) and this drains battery; and 2) if you have accessories installed on the car (which are not stock, eg: dashcam), this will continue to sap power from your car's battery.
the consequence is as the same if you leave the interior lights / headlights / any other accessories of the car on without having the engine started.
the warning message usually goes away after you have started the car / driven it for some time where the battery gets it charge back so try not to do 2 of the above and see if the message still pops up and if it doesn't then you have solved your issue.
thanks, just wondering if i need to switch off my engine while waiting for someone in my car, what's the best way to do it then if i do not want to wear out my battery?
