I'm curious as to why hardly anyone around here mentions the STP smell while it's the ultimate thing in Skyline Kuchai thread, which is right across the street.

If you can smell it from Lily, then those many, many eateries there would have collapsed

As I mentioned in another thread, your perception of smell and noise can become oversaturated in the brain, which causes you to lose awareness of it over time.
However the same cannot be said for someone passing through the area.

Check your SPA. If it’s still within 36 months from the date you sign, where is the delay?

Albeit unethical agent likely move on to other project, best to approach developer sales office directly…..monitor the progress closely and flag to KPKT if prolong delay without news. LAD kick in when completion period exceeded what stated in SPA
