This Lily Rumahwip location is good. very near to MRT station which just opposite.
Only bad thing is leasehold..

I have roughly analyzed.....not sure true of not.
Before Lily building, this empty land was for Kuchai Hawker center.
I used to dating there....because last time was collegue student..not so much money.
Kuchai Hawker center was a good budget place.
Unfortunately, we were not together finally.
and i met my wife and already two kids lo.

After that, i found the Kuchai hawker center moved to Jalan puchong/OKR junction.
Been operated for few years... till Y2020
But surprisingly, this place also become a rumahwip site, if not mistaken, it called Riamas.
after launched few weeks, it also fully taken. i think mainly due to the offered price very good at RM 230K.
I think no regret to buy a property at this price range even it was leasehold, noisy...due to near main road.

So if you want to see which site will become a Rumahwip.
Just observe where would be Kuchai Hawker center.

Kesian for kuchai Foodcourt. Food there quite nice but operate few then always taken by rumahwip. bye.gif

Hi does anyone here manage to get 100% loan? I heard under SKIM RUMAH PERTAMAKU u can get up to 100% loan heck even 110%? Does anyone have any prior experience?

Yes. With criteria. Even my friend also managed to get 100% in buying a rumawip few weeks ago.

Yes i fulfil all the criteria as mention by them. Mind sharing which bank does u friend get 100%loan ?
How about the interest rate? Any different??

Mine is Maybank 100%, my friend got RHB 100%. RHB rate is slightly more attractive, but they have compulsory add on (likr MRTA/MLTA). But generally the 100% rate is higher than 90% rate.

So in the end, monthly installment for my Maybank and her RHB bank is about the same... Now is a good time to get loan, easy to approve.

Got criteria la:
1) must be first property
2) property below RM 500k
3) your monthly salary must be below 5k
4) age must be below 35
