Recre ones are like those from K2, they have more fabric and less support for the ankle, and usually have softer wheels (wear out faster)
Freestyle ones are like those from Seba, they are more hard-wearing, people use them for slides and slalom, and they are hard boot.
Brands like Rollerblade deal mostly with recre skates, but also have freestyle, like the Rollerblade Twisters.
