Sorry to off-topic this thread, but my sister been bugging me to buy her a pair of beginner-ish in-line skates ... what kind of "damage" to my wallet would I be looking at (I have no idea how much skates cost)? And where to go and buy? Is that skateline place the best? Any recommended brands? Do I also need to get her a full set of protective gear?

Thanks ya!

Better to get her full gear... let her try on skate with Skateline fella... SNS saturday night skate.. call them and rent a pair of skate from them... they are really friendly to help you out.. says Eric ask u to go there.. haha icon_rolleyes.gif
