i'v not been skating for years....mid 90s were like a craze back then. Till subsequently, shopping mall bans skating inside.

Got some fren enquiring to ajak skate balik. I used to skate with K2s. What are the brands/ models nowadays and where to buy?

I always have difficulty in breaking...as would like to break last pro ice skate do (Slide with parallel with both skates) Can it be done with in line skate?

i would have a slight disagreement on ur statement

watever u can do in ice skates doesnt mean u can do it in inline skates.
BUT watever u can do in inline skates, u can do it wif ice skates.

dis is bcos of the different of friction requires diff angles to execute ur brakes/tricks
ice skate...the surface s smooth require lesser angle n normally uses out to in cut
where inline skate... the surface is normally cement,tar.... rougher... requires more angle n normally is kinda imediate change of angle

PJ which part?
mayb i can hook a few frens for u...

sheng.. nervous lar i.... mon BIG night...

Damansara TTDI got skateline, go check their website..
skateline have alot recreational skates, so go check out their stocks..
they still have a few pairs of hockey and aggressive skates if the stocks is still there..
they might still have a pairs of speed skates which cost more than RM3k...

I don't think your girlfriend will need professional skates but just in case that you want to check out..
you can try wheel love in Subang ss15, they have their website too..
don't be surprise with wheel love they are not just selling inline skates, they have skateboards, bicycle that used for X games, and fashion thing...
they have most of the aggressive skates, and abit recreational skates..

As for slalom skates, you can try ask skateline, but all of my slalom skates friend bring in their own slalom skates from singapore, so it's actually is very very hard to find slalom skates in malaysia.
and few more little details for slalom, you can try pm cscheng, cz he have information that i'm not in the position to answer.

if you need cheap skates, i remember Mid valley or sunway sports shop got selling a few pairs of skates.

I don't think people will recommend you to buy inline skates online, cause the most problem is the shoe size, never compare the shoe size with the shoes that you usually use, even if you ady have skates, it might differ.
cz in my case, i bought my recro skates with size 8.5, but have to buy aggro skates with size 10..

I don't think kastam will have problem with that.

well, if you still insist to buy skates online, you might be better to ask from skateline or wheel love, cz no matter how, they have to import the shoes from other country.
