Hi guys....what is the speed result should get with Maxis 30mbps? i got below 30mbps in Maxis speed test. is that normal? or should be more than that? previous unifi can reach up to 150++

You should get at least 25Mbps, 150Mbps is impossible since you plan is only 30Mbps.
