I'm looking at this Khind Digital Air Fryer ARF3000, the item costs RM400+ in Khind official website but many of Shopee sellers are selling the same model below RM300 - in fact around RM270+. Anybody knows these sellers could offer such attractive rate?

I received this notification from Shopee reminding me seller has yet to dispatch the item I ordered (already past the expected date item should be shipped), it says I can request for a refund. However, I can't find any refund button. Do I just cancel the order then? Will the seller then claim item already sent?
