If a seller that displayed a number of available ready stocks in their page but responded that those stocks are in poor condition when asked after purchase. The seller only get the required stock from the supplier after I placed my order. And they have provided a poslaju consignment note in the shopee update but the fact is the product has not even reach their place yet.

Is this a trust worthy practice?
