Hi experts,

I placed an order for a phone during midnight , after paid, the apps crashed. I cannot see any placed order (waiting to ship) , the voucher code was used . Then after 5mins i can see back the order still in my shopping cart and voucher code is available again, no order ID was given. No history transaction in Shopee.

But it was charged on my credit card RM1700, i have called the bank, bank requested to wait for 3 working days, and saying it should be refunded if there is network issue during purchase.

Anyone has this experience ?

If I bought a phone from Shopee, now the phone still in shipping. If I have changed my mind to refund the set, is it possible to do that ?
