Merchant haven't ship the item yet, I want to cancel my order due to incompatibility with my other item.

But merchant rejected my cancellation (what the.. they can do that??) and want to proceed with the order. How then arr?

ah never mind... it's within shopee terms and condition... seller already shipped the item so they can't cancel the order...

refund via Shopee Wallet usually how long the process?

I receive app notifications saying the refund has been credited to my shopee wallet but when i try to checkout some items (total price under the value of refund), there's no option for pay using shopee wallet

Could be the refund not yet completed?

depending on the case, with strong evidences, investigation + refund process could be done in 3-4 days

i see in your pictures you already have strong claims (seller dun have stocks and also means the order not shipped out yet), so this should be a quick process..

it's been a while since i made my last shopee refund request.. but iinm just use the cancellation request button (do not send emails, slower process), attach the snapshots of your conversation with the seller and write there in the reason section; "I want to cancel my order since the seller stated that he/she do not have any available stocks for my order and I do not want to wait"

but your feedback will be appreciated by the next interested buyer

especially if that item never had any buyer, and you are its first buyer, next people would be confident to order it when they see you have received the item and rated it

as long as it support your phone's quickcharge and equivalent, just go with any cable
