I am facing this too! So frustrating. They don't show if the product can be used with promo code. After you key in and it cannot be used then it is invalid. Terrible system this Shopee adopts.

After I tried the code on PC and get the message below, the same promo code will still work on app?

Sharing my bad experience buying on Shopee...please don't buy expensive gadget from tan.onlinstore889 unless you want to be disappointed. I ordered a Huawei P20 Pro from this seller. He canceled my order saying that poslaju lost the parcel and he will give me refund and he will deal with poslaju. But the item was in "To Ship" status until he canceled the order, meaning to say that it hasn't even been shipped out. Only when he canceled the order then suddenly a poslaju tracking code magically appear.

I don't know if he doesn't have ready stock or not willing to sell because I apply the promo code to deduct RM150 so the price of my P20 Pro Twilight was RM2650 (which now I think back is too good to be true). It is very suspicious because if I am a seller and I have shipped out the item, I will not give customer full refund for item lost in transit without dispute. But he is saying that poslaju lost the item and he will deal with poslaju himself.

His rating is very good in shopee so I am very surprised this kind of issue can happen. Looks like Shopee seller rating is not reliable. What a bad experience with tan.onlinstore889 on Shopee. But at least Shopee tried to help by giving me another voucher code to use as replacement for the one that I used to buy from this irresponsible seller.

I think it's only cos I asked for it...and I was in the midst of purchasing a really expensive phone so I think they also would like to close more sales to hit their target.

The thing is I only bought after I check with him and he say got ready stock. Otherwise I would have bought during flash sale which was RM100 cheaper. So because this seller say got ready stock, I missed the flash sale price already. It's the opportunity cost. Anyway lesson learnt and seller tan.onlinstore889 blacklisted for me.

MI 8 would be better, no? What's the rrp for MI A2?

MI 8 no Malaysia set yet but specs are more superior than Mi A2. 1699 was the cheapest when I last checked

Same thing happened to me on shopee with seller name tan.onlinstore889. He quickly canceled my order so I cannot give him feedback or warn other buyers that this seller don't have stock. But the product got 4.9 stars rating...I no longer trust ratings on Shopee.

Same case for me..no status update from seller or any tracking number. Tracking number only magically appear when the seller cancelled my order, citing poslaju lost the item and he will deal with them. Sounds very scammy la that particular seller.
