beware purchase from shopee, their payment system is not reliable and causes double charges, and this is my 1st purchase in shopee. The symptom was when doing payment, the end page does not show properly, and the order showing not paid, check my online bank also not debited (should have notice that the debit maybe slower), so repeat and do 2nd payment and it went through and order showing paid now, few week today, when i check the online statement, it double charged me the same day, not notice until checking it and never expected an online store nowaday still have this unreliable payment process, luckily the customer support verified it and proceed for refund. But will the system auto refund if i do not notice it?
