Really hate shopee sometimes.

Bought a car part from Shopee. Sender written in the description clearly that its meant for my car model.

No rating for the product and only got one unit for stock, but experienced seller with above average ratings.

So when it arrived, I brought it to the local workshop for installation. Turns out the part is not meant and suitable for my car. So couldn't install.

Went back home and I raised a return & refund request. Seller in the end rejected my claim, said its my fault, tried saying that the dimensions are clearly written there already and I simply want to guess and buy without measuring. After the seller saw my return request. He immediately removed related car parts to the part in which I bought which contained the written description of saying its meant for my car model to hide his fault. The car item part in which I bought the page also removed, so I can't go inside to screenshot to Shopee as proof.

Luckily the car part box did specify clearly its meant for PROTON P######. I sent the evidence to Shopee and awaiting their decision. What pisses me of is that the seller in his reply is like blaming it on me being very rude and sarcastic. Item is still new in box.

The return & refund process is totally like day and night as compared to Lazada.

guess what, Shopee rejected my refund request.

Just because the stupid seller wrote this in the description before.

"Note: Before order, refer to the picture to Ensure fit to your vehicle"

Its damn f STUPID. In the SAME DESCRIPTION, the seller also wrote that IT IS FOR PROTON PERSONA.

Am never buy any shit from Shopee ever again.

I emailed and raised request again. But I won't be surprised if Shopee rejects it again. The most frustrating thing is that the seller is very arrogant and sarcastic in his replies. The way he talks is like he knows that I won't win no matter what. Seems like its true, Shopee mostly sides with the sellers. Rather take my money elsewhere to somewhere like Lazada

did you even read what I've written. I said that its new in box. I took it out and inspected it, then put it back!

the stupid CS girl completely ignore what I've written the past emails and completely bias towards seller. I called the CS hotline to try to speak with that person. The person said cannot transfer line to Dispute department. Asked them to call back, but until now NOTHING

First request rejected because they said:

1) in the description seller said please inspect and check before purchasing

I replied:

IN THE SAME DESCRIPTION HE SAID THAT CAR PART IS MEANT FOR PROTON PERSONA. THE CAR MODEL SPECIFIED SHOULD SUPERSEDE THAT STUPID REMARK. YOU PUT THAT REMARK MEANS YOU GOT FULL IMMUNITY FROM FRAUD AND DECEIT LIAO AH? WOW

So basically I got cheated by the seller. The seller even taunted me saying "I didnt force you to buy also, don't buy lah!". Looks like from his experience, he know that he will win no matter what. That's why he can speak so sarcastically and arrogantly .

Nvm. Will bring my business elsewhere. I'll also make a report to KPDNKK.
