yup..if the seller enter shopee poslaju shipping program
shopee will provide the seller with poslaju shipping slip
so if shopee can't track the number
shopee will consider the seller still not yet post the item
and the order will be cancel and seller will be blame for it

levis official in shopee mall offer a rm30 rebate with min spend rm30
so u can get cheap sock rm3 or rm7 boxer

when the estimate time arrive by shopee system ??
do use their own chatting platform when u contct with the seller
so if any dispute arise
shopee can check both chatting history

and if seller still didnt accepting the order/ship the item
( no poslaju tracking number appear )
buyer can cancel the order

my experience are different
their cs are helpful on settling my dispute
but it take around 1 week plus
depending on the seller response

my advise
agreed to return
but only after the seller give you the return postage fee
you can check with shopee dispute FAQ

postage fee to china via poslaju/ems around rm30++

but remember never ever accept return postage fee via paypal
seller can cancel it
also u can try asking shopee to act as middleman
return to shopee...then ask shopee to return it to their seller
