Why i did not get rm10 discount? Im using public bank code. It show rm 182.92 when i put the code (PPBRY10) but when to pay it show this price. Not shipping fee

Even shopee Mall cant be trusted, bought an item which was at 90% discount promotion on Saturday. Monday seller cancel and refund to shopee wallet - say no stock. BUT the item is listed back without discount and have stock !!
Call shopee, they say seller have the right to do that ?? Nothing I can do

Ordered (SOYA15 voucher) MINIX NEO A2 Lite from Shopee Seller aroha.my on 23 July 2018 and Poslaju reference given (to be shipped from China) on 25 July 2018. Till today, still in "To Ship" status. Msg the seller, no response at all. Therefore cancelled the order just now for refund and the seller approved immediately.

Really waiting my time on this seller. If can't do the deal, just say so. Anyway good also. I just bought from Aliexpress Minix Official Store at cheapest price since now got offer.

Shopee shitty free shipping voucher is bs. I can't even use for my tempered glass order. Had to pay full shipping cost.

Edit: Now I rethink about it maybe those glasses are cheap I bought 4 from 2 different supplier at total include shipping under rm30
