On 12/12 I ordered a Sandisk 240gb ssd from Shopee and later decided to buy a 120gb instead from Lazada because I dont think I will need all those extra storage plus I'm on a budget. So I cancel the ordered and the seller agree to cancel it on 14/12. And now the parcel have arrived and I dont know what to do.

Ordered blender from SJK Electrical before, waited awhile but it never come.
Googled their shop number and contacted them only to find out that said model is out of stock.
They offered me another higher end model and need topup abit money. I checked around other places price is slightly lower than what they offered to me so i proceed with cancellation.

why in my mobile, it show today i have one free shipping but when i check out, i still need to pay shipping ?
don't tell me free shipping also have tons of term and condition apply ...

i think this is main reason why i don't like shopee ...... always one condition on top of another condition for super tiny discount ....

Saw something that I want to buy in Shopee. Chat with seller regarding stock status. Seller replied the next day. Then the item product page doesnot exist anymore (shows "The product doesn't exist").

Why? Is seller scam or what?

Nah, I just didn't want to waste more time disputing over a cheap card. Anyway, just stay away from buying a rm25 32gb Samsung Evo plus card (or other stuff) sold by seller from perak

My return and refund is now completed. I received both payments for product as well as return shipping cost. Why I made the return and refund, cos seller selling something that is not suitable. The product I bought is car accessories item.

But there is no place, no way for me to alert other potential buyers about this seller selling fake item and very bad business etiquette. Bcos in the end, seller still do not admit mistake, although accepted the return and refund bcos I provided indisputable proof. Seller only continues to make claim that it was an installation problem. But the item is like peal and stick, how complex is that? But yet, even under indisputable circumstance, verbally seller don't admit their fault. So seller continues to "get away" with such matters, and in other words, potential buyers continue to get conned since we cannot put rating nor feedback.
