According to T&C the shopee voucher bought from Digi apps is applicable to products for Shopee Mall & Prefered sellers only. Does it works for ALL or some only?

Once they have this issue with your cards, u can no longer use them.

I thought this code is product and merchant specific, NOT account specific. In my account it works for certain merchant n product only.
