According to T&C the shopee voucher bought from Digi apps is applicable to products for Shopee Mall & Prefered sellers only. Does it works for ALL or some only?

today i tried to use PBB credit card to pay RM500X2 for the cash promo.

But shopee declined my card ,

i have been using this card past 5 months no issues......

talked to shopee support,
they claim i have 2 PBB cards (main + sup ) , and need to remove one of them


I removed both ,
and tried again with MAIN card , but still failed .....

now , waiting shopee findings.....

anyone face this ?

Once they have this issue with your cards, u can no longer use them.

u experienced the same issue?

might be due to , i use this card to score RM500X2 weekly since 2018 ......and get most of the RM50 CB ....

They claimed that I used my card at multiple accounts eventhough it was not.
Did u buy RM500*2 for paying bills?

i only have ONE account in shopee .

Main = kena banned
Sup == still can use ...

I have had so many issues also with the card. They are extremely fussy about it. Once they block your card, there is no way to use them back again. I did try deleting and entering the details again, it worked for some time, then it got permanently blocked.
