hello anyone know why this statement " this promo code cannot be applied because of abnormal activities detected" popup when i try to apply a promo code via app?

I faced this problem too. Made 4 calls to Shopee and the short version of the story is - you cannot use more than 1 account on a single mobile device. When Shopee's system detects 2 (or more) accounts logging in from the same mobile device, it will flag you as doing one of these: - Fake order creation or Voucher abuse or Subsidy and rebates abuse or Scams.
