For Shopee, my experience was like this:
1. Order paid
2. Seller prepared item to be shipped, that is, item packed with courier tracking number keyed into the system.
3. At this stage, the order status at your side still see as "To Ship", but you can see courier tracking number.
4. Once seller hand over your item to courier and courier scanned the item, the item will appeared on the courier tracking system.
5. When Shopee system found out that the courier tracking system has tracking info, Shopee system will change your order status from "To Ship" to "To Receive".

With this kind of procedure, even if the seller keyed in the tracking number, but delay the item hand over to courier, or if the courier delay the item scanning, then your order status will stuck at "To Ship" for few days.

How is the range? Can view our building?

Actually it is still there, must use APP. Shopee on PC sucks!

Guys, how long usually it takes for the shop/seller to ship the item

This my first time purchasing stuff from shopee but it seems like it's way slower than lazada.

Lazada buy yesterday today system already record everything ship bla bla bla and will send tomorrow/ day after..

Shopee actually protects seller more than buyer compare lzd/Ebay/ali.
Go and read shopee t&c.

You r screwed if there is shipment issue as shopee see shipping problem is bear by buyer not seller if the seller can give evident eg. Post office receipt or shipping # which do not solve buyer does not receive item issue.

They held logistic parties as another party instead as part of the seller's mechanism.
so it become buyer vs seller (shopee/seller) + logistic.

Depends on seller. Some sellers take a while to ship. I've had sellers message me to apologise and inform me ahead of time, but some just wait wait. I currently have a product that hasn't shipped even after 7 days.
Any reason for you to copy paste this multiple time? In my experience if shipping problem the seller will settle on their end, doesn't even need to go to shopee.

For me, I'm satisfied with overall shopee experience. I only buy from preferred & mall seller because they got kpi to maintain hence they provide good service.

For past few weeks, there's problem with poslaju and most of the item take one week to arrive. Some seller very good will follow up even I didn't chase them. They know that if buyer didn't receive the item means they won't get their money from shopee.
