For me normal mode photo with people will use auto focus, manual focus if need to change the exposure of the photo (some back light or may be not enough lighting), portrait mode will let it auto focus to enable the portrait mode (adjusting the distance in between object and your phone) then only manual adjust the focus to get the focus I want.Not sure you get my idea or not, just my experience sharing.  |
