I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting for the PS4 Pro White 1TB version since the sh*tty Destiny 2 Bundle in other countries and now there’s still not yet standalone package selling in Malaysia...

Been searching for China, Taiwan, HK, Europe and US everyone is selling the white standalone version, why not in SEA countries g** dam***!??!

Any sifu here owns foreign-country console? Is it troublesome when have to deal with the regional OS? Can I buy from taobao and reformat to Malaysia region?

How about the warranty? Been searching for international warranty thingie but don’t have enough resources and info about it....

If i not mistake, region only based on your psn id registration. Once you register an id with certain region you can't change it anymore. You only can create another id with different email address.

you definitely can use the console even you buy it from south africa.. your only concern should be the power input specs changes (different socket/wattage value, etc..) and warranty (surely nobody from alien country will bother you).... in any case the on9 store you bought it from do provide the "shop warranty" you may feel a little bit on the safe side,.. provided you're willingly sacrifice the extra time & cost for your console during RMA process..

all games lock purely based on your PSN account region settings, nothing to do with the hardware..

so your best solution is to buy any color other than white from any local store on-premises/online.. but if you still cant find 'em and maybe interested with a normal PS4 White Glacier, you can buy it directly from me with a very special price..

At the end I bought the black one because of the local official 2 years and 3 months warranty... If I bought from oversea it would be pain in the as* as the seller don't want to help if console has any issue..
