Heard of DIVX and downloading of movies via internet .... but how and where.
Need your advise on the best sites around and what software is required.
What is DIVX?, "How To ....?" required for newbie

Codec packs can replace DiVX. For example CCCP and K-Lite Codec.

But rather big in size. but DIVX quality usually is keng.

Well, DIVX is just another type of video zipping format. Thats why it benefits from a faster CPU. I usually use divx very own decoder cos it gave the best quality IMO. FFDshow is a bit less on quality but at least it make it playable on slower machine.

Im quite new to this codec thingie n would really like to learn
 I installed klite codec, but those ffdshow, dvix all just automatically pop up when i playing a movie .... n what are those ! really hav no idea n make me blur lol  |
