Recently i ordered items in Lazada, unfortunately I failed to track the ID they gave (they fail to pic up my parcel in a week). My parcel is under the courier name Ninja Van. Well i placed this order since 20/11, been a week i wait for my parcel to arrive. Called to Lazada customer help but they keep asking me to wait. anyone been this kind of problem before? what should I do?
