1. it is your right to tender
2. its management's problem if they cant find a replacement within the 2 months period

as long as you served your period + do your responsibilities

at least you know when you leave, you didnt burn the bridge

but if your boss sendiri wanna burn then its his loss. not yours

at the end of the day you wouldnt wanna keep connections with childish bosses anyway

Bawa bertenang bro...

You cant really blame one for been unmotivated if notice period is too long.

In fact, it is better to release this type of staff earlier if possible. But usually management is too degil to do it.

i agree, this one memang upper mgmt punye problem. idk why they don't want to faster faster find his replacement. in the end, i yang gg.com because he's not doing his job properly. most of his work will taichi to me. i yang end up stress

Then you should be compensated with acting (covering senior position) allowance, but mesti tendang that manager out earlier first.

Not easy to find replacement.Experience replacement will not be able to come in before manager period ends (cause every company these days have almost same length resign notice and sourcing take times.).

Thats why, rather than heading a more amicable environment, management is just making the thing worse, for the entire nation working environment in general.
