cable ready only.. , I need 7 camera ( 4 Outdoor , 1 outdoor wide angle , 2 indoor ) + DVR.

Try Xiaomi Dafang IP camera. Can 360 degree pan and tilt thus no need to instal many cameras. DIY instal, no need to pay for wiring and installation.

True but I put it at car porch, working fine.

I think if there is outdoor casing for it, it should work as well. Similar to that of normal CCTV, it need outdoor casing too.
If TS is talking about instaling at normal shop houses, then CCTV is better option.

Inside Car porch shd b fine.
Normal outdoor camera no need casing la. The body is already weatherproof.
Also, Dafang can pan/rotate how to put in casing?

Yes, 250 can get d.. But entrylevel, No WDR. And DVR only can support 12 or 15fps. Not realtime.

Any good PTZ Weather proof Camera to recommend? I noticed most of the products in Shopee have no brand. That is kind of worrying

PTZ means Pan, Tilt & Zoom, how many times optical zoom do you need?

2 or 3 times zoom is good enough for me.
Any PTZ weatherproof camera to recommend?
Preferably it can sync video on my NAS, not mandatory, but it's good to have.

Minimum is usually 4X, you going to use POE or Wifi?
