Anyone having DiGi Direct Carrer Billing problem?, From Google Play Store - Prepaid

I have tried purchasing apps from Google Play Store since 3 days ago using Digi prepaid direct carrier billing feature, but Play Store keep giving this error: "Can't verify your account. Try again later. [OR-DVASA2-03]"
Went to Digi Centre to change a new SIM card and spoke to both Digi and Google Play Store support, but still not solved yet.  Anyone experiencing the same issue from Digi or other telcos? Any solution? |

i use postpaid no issue ....but back then when i use prepaid ...i got this shittt issues....
