 Top-up with Maybank2u but amount not appearing, Succesful top-up but not included in RED

Hi

I topped-up RM30 via Maybank2u. My Maybank account has been credited with RM30 but the top-up does not appear in my RED apps.

I have lodge a complaint - case no C19532615, what is the outcome?

To update, there is no refund in my Maybank account till now also (I was told that if the top-up is not successful, the amount will be auto-refund).

Please help.

My case has been ongoing for weeks... checked my M2U this morning, no refund yet. Yet no top-up amount on Hotlink Red

I contacted Maxis today. It seems that Maxis has sent me a top-up ticket without me realising.

Inserted the top-up ticket number on Hotlink Red app, and walla RM30 is now in my Hotlink account.

Perhaps the SMS from Maxis should come with a side note of what they are. Not just some code - because I do not know what it is for. May be there are someone else with the alike minds.
