[b]Hi all, if you are looking solid wood to make a part of your house renovation work, or a part of your yard, garden, or even living room, you will need to have a look for below.
Thanks for sharing, TS. You should post some videos on Youtube as well. Interesting projects you have. I love seeing all these solid wood furniture instead of particle board. Sadly, I think most people furniture are all particle board or MDF because that's all that's being sold on the internet and in furniture shops.

Hi sir, thanks for your idea, appreciated it.

I am sorry but due to we are only sawmill factory, we are only output raw wood, as we don't have any skilled furniture workers, thanks to few forumers here who very pro to do anything and post their job here, i am very happy to see that too.

Here can also be a place for all who keen to share it smile.gif

Well, thanks for sharing at least. Too bad you don't have any skilled furniture workers. Usually the value added and margins are at the last stage. Before that, your raw wood is just a commodity. But after work done on it, it becomes a valuable product.

I think simple things like table or stools (even just the raw tree trunk) could be products you can consider in the future. Then again, there are many other factors to consider. Guess we don't appreciate solid wood furniture unlike in overseas.

Ya, your statement is exactly my think few years before, but it still stuck at beginning even until today, because of the workers issue.

Thats why we are only able to sell raw wood.

We have plenty of space left in our factory here, what we need is skilled person like @AR188 .

Even our wastes can create alot of stunning project  nod.gif

Great minds think alike laugh.gif

Do keep sharing here and your FB on your customers project. Who knows, maybe they'll be opportunities in the future.

A lot of time, people just treat furniture as a consumable rather than a piece of art. Good wooden furniture especially those in the past were really intricate. Now, finding workers to even convert raw wood into simple furniture becomes a problem. I can't imagine how skilled those furniture craftsman were in the past. No nails also, some no glue also.
