yea, my dad has an apartment in Tmn Kuchai Jaya. It's like RM1000 per year. and the condition there like shit. the stairs smells.. the hallway is not bright.. nobody clean/ sweep the floor. the rubbish pile are as high as mountain.. and we still need to pay for it  |
