This is incorrect. Cancer patients have to pay for doctor consultations fee and anti-cancer treatment (radiotherapy, biopsy, medicine etc). Even civil servants have to pay for cancer treatments if go to National Cancer Institute (Institut Kanser Negara).

Cancer did not happen overnight. Therefore we have to take prevention measures.
